Summer Stage - Pier 17

The Summer Stage was a 4 month long deployment of over 350 Sugar Cube fixtures on the Roof Top at Pier 17 for the Howard Hughes Summer Concert Series.

I worked as the project manager for the design, deployment and build stages of the installation.

This build required me to lead a team to manufacture and assemble all 350 units on a very tight timeline while simultaneously overseeing the design and client relations. I lead the deployment design and logistics while coordinating with multiple union labor teams in NYC.
